Shipping policy

Shipping Region: SoleBrace® currently ships within Australia only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM AEST will be processed the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a tracking number once your order ships.

Shipping Time

  • Standard delivery takes 6–9 business days depending on your location in Australia. (Shipping to remote regions could take longer)
  • Shipping times may vary slightly during peak periods or public holidays, but we always do our best to get your order to you promptly.

  • FREE Shipping available for all orders over A$100. No hidden fees or surprises at checkout.
