Are these insoles suitable for all shoe types?
Yes. They’re built with workers in mind, yet versatile enough to fit smoothly into virtually any shoe or boot.
What if my shoe size is a half size?
Many customers have wider feet, needing a .5 sizing so we recommend them to choose the next size up e.g. If you are a size AU10.5, Please choose AU11. If the length is a tad too long, not a problem as the insole has a built-in trimmable edge indicated by the trim line underneath.
What makes WorkFit™ Insoles different from regular insoles?
WorkFit™ Insoles are engineered specifically for Aussie tradesmen. Unlike standard insoles that collapse by midday, these use a multi-layer cushioning system with rebound pods and arch support to fight Collapse Fatigue and keep you comfortable through 12-hour shifts.
How long will my order take to arrive?
There is a 2-3 Business day processing. Standard delivery takes 6–9 business days depending on your location in Australia. (Shipping to remote regions could take longer). Shipping times may vary slightly during peak periods or public holidays, but we always do our best to get your order to you promptly. Please view our policy here.

What are the refund terms?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. If your insoles aren’t what you expected, you can request a return as long as they’re in original condition — lightly used is fine. Returns won’t be accepted for damage caused by misuse or wear beyond the trial period. To start a return, email support@solebrace.com with your order number and reason. Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. See full refund policy here.
