At SoleBrace®, we stand behind the comfort and quality of our products. If you're not feeling the difference, we make it easy to send them back.
NOTE: If you used PayPal to purchase an order, please do not request a refund through PayPal before reaching out to us to work through the problem and refund you internally. We are a small business and placing a chargeback through PayPal can be extremely damaging to us. We appreciate the co-operation.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. If your insoles aren’t what you expected, no worries — we’ll take care of it.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in original condition (lightly used is okay — we get it, you had to try them).
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
We do not accept returns on items damaged through improper use, accidents, or normal wear and tear beyond our trial period.
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@solebrace.com with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
Our team will guide you through the process and provide a return address.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or provider.
